Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY – PIRLIS

1. PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Processing times may be extended during high demand periods, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays

2. SHIPPING METHOD

We offer standard shipping for all orders.

Shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight

3. DELIVERY TIME

Estimated delivery times begin after the order has been shipped, not when the order is placed.

Typical delivery timeframe:

  • 7–15 business days (international)

However, delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Location
  • Carrier delays
  • Customs processing

6. DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS

If your order is delayed or appears lost:

⚠️ Orders are considered lost only after 60 days from shipment.

After 60 days, you may be eligible for:

  • A reshipment OR
  • A refund

This will be determined at our discretion.

  • The customer is solely responsible for any import duties or charges

We are not responsible for:

  • Customs delays
  • Additional fees charged by your country

8. ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • Failed deliveries due to customer error
  • Packages returned or lost due to incorrect details

If an order is returned to us:

  • Reshipping costs must be paid by the customer

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Pirlis is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Incorrect delivery location issues

Customers must contact their local carrier for resolution.

11. SIZE DISCLAIMER

Some products may follow Asian sizing converted to EU sizing.

Minor differences may occur.
We are not responsible for incorrect sizing selection.

  • Shipping delays
  • Carrier errors
  • Lost, stolen, or damaged packages after shipment
